OK, second ever post in 2 minutes!
Once I decide on my first double rifle caliber, who would you recommend to work up a custom load using North Fork bullets and regulate my rifle? I've heard of Superior Ammo, but would like opinions on others.
Also, for a 30-06, would you regulate for 50, 75 or 100 yards? What about for 9.3x74R?
I KNOW these are pretty rookie questions...but hey, I am a rookie! Sorry for such basic questions.

Hoser-
Looks like you made it onto this site - Welcome!
First thing - the rifle (soup-to-nuts) is regulated by the gunbuilder. You load ammunition to shoot to the regulated sights. A properly developed load in a properly regulated rifle will put the groups together, barrel Center-To-Center distance apart from the muzzle to the dirt, wherever they fall.
SO - A proper load is a proper load, within the muzzle flash on out to max range for your shooting abilities.
Does that make sense? Hope so. If not ask questions.
I don't have any suggestions (based on personal experience) for you for a manufacturer of ammunition. I've done all my own manufacturing and load development. For what you're looking to do it should be cake.
Cheers Tinker

Thanks and yes, finally got approved thanks to some emails to the moderator (somehow I think you had a hand in that). If so, thanks!
Yes, that does make sense. I've never been a reloader...just not enough patience. I know my limitations. However, I will probably NEED to if all these laws in CA keep messing with us (solid bullet areas and mail order ban!)!

And by chance, is there anyone in California that does this?

I have not used any so cannot comment on whether they are good or not. Boddington always taks about Superior, so assume he can get them in California. Ultimate Ammunition in AL seem to also have a good reputation. In California, there is Custom Cartridge Inc http://www.customcartridge.com/products/custom_orders.php but I don't know anything about them.

A call to Custom Cartridge would get you an answer. I wonder if they've ever worked loads for a double rifle before.
Pick up that phone Hoser - let us know what they say!
To get a handload to run right in any individual double rifle -- that individual double rifle will need to participate in the development. Depending on the rifle/ammo/shooter, it might even be necessary for the intended shooter to be present for the load development.
