Gibbs Farquharson sights?

Some of you may remember I posted a question or two about a Gibbs Farquharson rifle I picked up earlier this year that had been rebarreled to 45-70, I received a .461 #1 barrel from Glenn Fewless (he really helped me out there) and I have reshaped the forend to look more like some of the forends I've seen so the rifle is coming together back to an original caliber. My question now is on sights, I imagine finding an original is probably not likely and I've looked at some new express sights but just haven't settled on anything yet, anyone have a suggestion for me? anyone know of a vintage sight for sale that would be appropriate or where I might find something that would be somewhat period correct? Thank you

Is the barrel to the original sporter taper or are you putting it back to the MBL configuration?
I believe that most of the .461 sporters had either a one standing/one folding or perhaps a one standing/two folding rear sight. It was more common for the smallbore rifles to have more leaves although the .461 is quite capable of reaching out to a pretty good distance sighted as an MBL or match rifle.
If you need measurements from mine let me know.

I'm not sure what the original taper would be but it is tapered and about 32 inches long. Even though it is/was an MBL I am trying for a more sporter type look, the wrist is checkerd and straight and it seems most every picture I see shows the sporting rifles with a pistol grip but I woud like to keep the original stock, I do need to find someone to cut the forend checkering to match the wrist too.

If MBL sightsare needed, it would basically be a Military rear with slider (like e.g. on a Martini), but with a windage-adjustable slider, with a fine 'V'. Sporters? lots of possibilities, from express to cape sights.

It was an MBL and I have an original musket sight I could use but the rifle has been modified to a sporter so I was trying to find something that just "clicked" with me. I've seen some new made express sights (on the internet not in person) but nothing has grabbed me so that's why I'm looking for help, maybe someone can push me in the right direction. I think if I found a vintage express sight on the loose that may be just the thing but again I'd have to see it. I probably sound picky but it's more being unsure.
