I bought a Pine Ridge video cam holder from Cabelas. Came to me in a million pieces but I put it together last night with the help of a strong G&T.

I will take it with me bear hunting next month and see if I can get Yogi on camera.

Is this the stand that hold a cam corder to the tree? Does the camera operate with a remote? It would be great to film shots! Hopefully you can post a few videow clips of your bear hunt!

John,

It is a metal bracket which one can ratchet to a tree and it will hold your video camera. It is comprised of three sections so there is a fair amout of flexability to position the camera. I will try and post a photograph of it set up if I have time this weekend.

It also has a hook from which you can hang your bow if you like.

My Sony is newer but the remote does not operate the actual record feature. Wish it did though. If I am fortunate enough to see bears/kill bears I will do my best to get video for internet use though I do not know how to do this yet.
