Just took delivery of some blanks i designed, they were cut by waterjet.
a bit time saving..
they are in Aeb-L stain resistant steel.
now all i have to do is finish the house and build my workshop and i´m good to go.........

they are 200mm long and 3.5mm thick.

i´ll be ,making half with a scandi type of grind and the other with a high flat grind.
and a varying selection of wood and mikarta scales.

RSF, can you explain those two grinds to me; if I post you some wood could you make me one with
a nook at the top for skinning, a sheath and a small pocket in the sheath for a sharpening stone ? price ? It will be a gift for someone so I would like his initials on it, thx in advance, Mike

Roger I thought I would post a couple of pice of a couple of knives I am making at the moment. The small one with the ivory scales has yet to have its final polish and sharpen. The second blank is to have the same nickle silver furniture but will have African blackwood handles. They are a pair to match a light and a heavy rifle I built.
