My father wants to buy a double rifle in 450 NE or 470NE. What is you opinion of the quality of Demas doubles as compared to Heym and Searcy? Thanks Ben
In my opinion, the Verney Carron Demas is absolutely the most beautiful, best finished, currently produced double rifle in it's price range, and everything I've found regarding it's strength is superb. If I had the means, this is without a doubt the double I would buy. Unfortunately, my double will be closer to the 10k range, if and when I buy one.
