BASA Shoot Nov 08 - Video

Yes it was this time of the year again and the guys at BASA did it again and build an excellent range to test anyone. The scoring was difficult and even though I did hit all the targets I didnt hit the scoring circle all to often. 4" diameter circle. But I did have good timing on the range.

Just need more practise for more pinpoint shooting with the 375 and open sights.
There was also much more juniors participating.

Thanks, a nice video. I'd love to try these tests, almost like in the wild world. I suppose that your shoulders were a bit sore in the evening. As you have to shoot fast it happens that the big bores be not correctly shouldered?
Moreover, technically this video is really well made and original. Thanks for sharing.

How well do the tires do as bullet stoppers?
Seems kinda scary to me.

Yes, my shoulder or rather my upper bicep does have some blue on it. But you only feel it after the shoot anyway. And yes that is from shouldering the rifle too fast.
Lot of fun and very good practise as you could see.

Huvius,

The tires work and except for that the other ranges was 100 yards or more away from each other. With other ranges in between and more tires of course.
