Bore size for 20 ga

Might be a silly question, but what is the correct bore size for a 20 gauge?
I have a friend here who is wanting to buy a rifled barrel to build a 20 gauge, single barrel, and wants to know the correct size, if they are available.
Pac-Nor list a .685" barrel, is that even close?

In the industry, things are held to general standards and not usually to exact standards.
In muzzleloading arms, a 20 gage is a .62
A 24 gage is a .58
A 28 gage is a .54
A 12 gage is a .72
A 16 gage is a .66
A 10 gage is a .78

However, below is a chart of "true" sizes.

Is PacNor's barrel .685" in groove to groove, or is that the bore size?

Szihn and Rigby Mauser, Thank-you very much for the links and information, now printed out and filed away.

Daryl, Pac-Nors barrel will to groove to groove, not bore size, BTW its a 9 groove 20" twist.
Looks like it will be too big.
