Can't help you with Aussie land, but trackofthewolf.com has fiber and card wads in 16 bore. Or are you looking for plastic?

Not in Oz but I'm sure they'd ship em. Of course the shipping cost would likely be several times the cost of the wads!!! Perhaps they can direct you to a local supplier though. I've always found them very helpful.

Received my 16 bore wads from Track - which included 500 1/2" fibre, 1,000 card and 1,000 overshot wads - total was $33.00 cdn. including shipping.
