Nope the C.Z. has a 2mm thread and the Mauser thread is 1 in 12. Bye the way 2mm is 12.7 threads per inch.

Does a BRNO 602 have the same threads as a 550 (12.7)?

I think they do but I am not sure so do a bit of checking. I am sure Brownells or CZ could confirm the thread pitch.
