Any thoughts on above cartridege, the Holland .500-450, who currently loads it ? is performance similar to the .470 NE ? any other comments ? I may have the chance to buy a double in this calibre ? thanks, Mike Bailey

Great calibre.

Very similar to 470 if not identical - ie no bloody animal will tell the difference.

WR and a few Europeans load for it but suggest load for it yourself.

Check back in the DR Forum - a very similar thread on the 500/450.
