I got this 4x4.5 on sunday morning, last day of the season. best one I've ever taken, I'll tell the story some other time.

Nice deer-I've got my eye on a nicely formed 4X4 on my father in law's farm(hunt will be next weekend). He's got a good chance of getting away though-using .357 handgun this year. As long as I can get a clean shot within range I'm pretty confident I'll get him but considering he will have to be a lot closer than with a shotgun this will be a deer I'll have to work for.(not taking shots beyond about 30 yards).

good luck man, I got this one pretty close in.
he's a nice balance, decent horns, but young enough he'll taste decent.

Nice Buck,
did you call him in?
The one I shot this season came in to that grunt in a snowstorm.Had mine hanging for 5 days and still making the burger and sausage.Will try the backstrap tonight hoping is not too gamey
