Converting a Browning BSS to a double rifle

I'm interested in converting a Browning BSS to a double rifle. Searcy does it. The only BSS' I can find are single-selective triggers. Can a single-selective trigger be converted to a double trigger? And if so, how difficult is the process?

Searcy USED to use the BSS. He mills his own now.
