I was thinking of ordering this as I'm a bit of a history buff and someone stole my copy of Ghost in the Darkness (likely its just burried somewhere)...

I've heard it was quite good, but can't substantiate it, sells for something like $35...

buy it or not?

Yes it is very good. Especially for use in indoctrinating kids in the joys of hunting and safaris.

It really isn't a history DVD IMO but a story of why we hunt, what motivates us and why we can hunt ie conservation.

The kid Butler in the end uses Roosevelts H&H double rifle to hunt a buffalo. I won't tell you how it goes, so you keep the suspense

I think mine cost only $25 (DVD) and I only bought it a month ago.
