What low pressure velocity can one expect from 550grn bullets from the 458LOTT?

Assuming equal pressure and equally suitable powder then if you get 2300 from a 500 grainer you should get just under 2200 from a 550 grain bullet.

With the 458 Lott I get with the 500 gr bullet 2280 FPS and with the 500 gr solid I get 2300 FPS

I haven't shot the 550 gr bullet yet. I'm using IMR4320 powder Reloads of course.

Doesn't Norma load the 550 gr Woodleigh to 2100 fps for the 458 Lott in their PH line of ammo?
