Kathi at Wild Travel. Find her at AR. She has done great work keeping up with my changing plans, including rescheduling everything to extend my stay, on a second hand message, while I was in the bush. Everything was in perfect order when i was ready to go home.

Kathi made all my arrangements twice, 2005 and 2007. She was able to get me business class on miles and it was a major pleasure compared to the coach trip on Delta/SAA last time!
The minor problems I had this trip had nothing to do with her and everything to do with Africa...
