I am trying to find a good flanged caliber for a double rifle (caliber)for black bear and pigs any suggestions.

9.3x74mm would be great for those critters. If you want something bigger, the 450/400 Nitro would be a decent choice.

The .333 Flanged and the .333 Jeffery Rimless will take any game in the US, except for Brown Bear. The 300gr bullet of the .333 is devastating on critters. Recoil is very mild. Only thing that keeps me from recommending it more often, is that ammo is quite expensive for it. If you reload though, that won't be a problem.

The 9.3x74r is a great choice. I personally wouldn't discount the .405 Winchester for the game you specified.
