Best Aussie and Kiwi hunt deals for 2007

Similar to the threads on the African forum, outfitters and hunting guides, please post any deals or hunts you have available in Australia, New Zealand, New Calendonia or wherever in the South Pacific for 2007.

You do not have to be a sponsor to post here, so go for it. However please include prices and broadly what is and what isn't covered in the deal.

1. We have a place on one of our 5-day group Cull hunts for the 25th August One of our NE. members is already booked to come on that hunt. It is a 4x2 ***unlimited*** culling for donkeys/horses and 'whatever' else we come across, on private property in the Northern Territory. Price is US$4000pp plus $550 tresspass fee. Includes all guide, meals, hunting vehicle, camp, etc. Does not include group transfers to hunting area, ammo, rifle hire (if needed) and permit.

2. I will be putting together a group buffalo hunt for late August - price is US$6000pp for full five days, including 4x2 or 6x3 guiding, all amenities and one trophy Asiatic buffalo bull (any size). We did a similar hunt to this in August 2006 - the six clients took six of the biggest bulls of the year! The hunting is very good at the end of the season so we can put a lot of hunters into camp and still get great results. It is a good fun week and you will get to meet some new hunting friends. See hereabouts one of the bulls from the 2006 group hunt - lady hunter



3. New Zealand - We have a number of places for our true free-ranging red stag hunts for the rut period late March/April - 5 full days hunting 1x1 - US$4500 including one stag - the biggest you can find. This is a great low-alpine hunt for genuine wild-and-free red stag.

Bull Tahr - we have access to the best truly wild-and-free alpine tahr hunting in the world. This is a drive/hike hunt (no helicopter required) - 5 days 1x1 US$6450 including one bull tahr.
***Add-on silver medal red stag (ranch hunt) for only $1650*** Available March - July 2007

Hi John....First of all let me tell you about our Hunts in New Zealand for Chamois and Tahr....we have had a 100% success for the last 12yrs on both species...we stay at a 4 star hotel and use helicopters to get to the very best locations in the Alps...many locations are completely inacessable to your average hunter....an all inclusive price of just US$5,250.00 gets you both animals including helicopter access etc...thats got to be the beat deal ever !!!contact me for further details..

Buffalo hunting in 07 will be great. We hunt only on private property and the quality of the Bulls and Boars could not be better...most Bulls score between mid 90's to low 100's, 3 course meals and luxury accommodation for a 5 day hunt, pick up and return to Darwin etc all for US$5,500.00 1x1...thats real value!!

Sth. Aust is well known as the best location in the Sth. Pacific for huge Red Stags, monster Fallow bucks, superb Sambar and excellent Rusa stags at a very resonable prices, go to my web site at and have a look yourself at the many world class trophies collected from Sth. Australia....
