Anyone really know how to do this, without burning down the house...LOL Let me say, I prefer to keep it simple and have looked at lots of recipes that include slathering lots of mayo on it..not up for that..probably just some butter, tyme S&P...any recipes out there..?

here's how I do it .... I soak the cedar planks in a pail of water for a day, wait for my friend Chef John to show up and then I open a kickass bottle of Chardonay and make sure his glass (or mine) never become empty.
the meal always turns out great!
