Would it work.?

BRNO 22F 8X57 re-bored to 9.3X62.? Is there enough meat in the barrel to take on this much of a re-bore.? I believe re-barreling to the exact contour as the original barrel would be too costly.. Sugestions/opinions.??

My Husqvarna 9.3x62 has a surprisingly light barrel from the factory. If you want to measure some of the outside dimensions of your barrel along its contour, I would be glad to give comparative measurements from my rifle. That ought to tell you something.

Well..... I don't have the fore mentioned BRNO... But they do seem to come up from time to time on G/A.. I was thinking one of these would be a great platform for a 9.3X62 conversion..
