All this stuff about doubles crossing their shots has been written over and over by self proclaimed experts for a long time.
I know I've read that sort of crap in American, African and Australian magazines and thesedays I really don't worry too much about the dudes who are responsible for it.
Most are probably past the point of changing their opinion and there are always plenty more new experts waiting to take over when another drops out.

I noticed things are getting a bit heated or is it paranoid over there. What with rat smelling, baiting and such one would get the idea that you all are Evil!! LOL
I did notice to the popular I think I am done here post as well.LOL.

What a strange forum there, eh? Almost like a country version of Saturday Night Live with all the self affirmation taking place...

Found the comments regarding Elmer Keith interesting.... and definitely from someone who sat on the outside of the circle.

I had no idea my large bore rifles were so useless and ineffective insuring not a clean kill but a self imposed tracking session. Hmmm...

Just had the opportunity for a last minute bison shoot (meat shoot on a private ranch, not a fair chase hunt), and used a 44 revolver with the good ol' 250 grain Keith. Something went wrong though - one bullet took it down. I shoulda used a 270...

CJ appears to have reached the end of his short run of omniscient hunter fame. I understand he is to be replaced by Barney the Dinosaur who is currently looking for a position

I went back over there, but when I tried to register, it showed me to be already registered, but when i tried to post it would not let me! I think they don't want any new members there! I can't think why that would be, unless they don't want anyone to disagree with anything the Guru over there says! They have nothing to fear from me, I was going over there to AGREE with everything the Guru says, and ask advice!

I think that you and Gryphon had something to do with it. I, of course, am innocent.

They were watching him anyway don't you think? Other than being an idiot he seemed harmless. If poking a bit of fun at someone or being an idiot gets you banned we are all in trouble.

It is nice to go over there though and see how a well moderated site can work.
