Value of Maharaja of Alwar's Westley Richards

Howdy Guys- I recenty inherited a magnifcent Double Rifle. It is a Westley Richards built in 1926 for the Maharaja of Alwar. It was returned to England in 1959 where it was totally restored by WR and remains in 95% condition. This remarkable piece also comes with an extra set of 375H&H barrels!! Cased in new leather case from 1959. Question is does anyone know of the best person in the States to appraise this gun?? Any help woud be most welcome!!

I would recommend George Caswell at Champlin Arms if you are in the United States.

What is the caliber?

Boxlock?

Droplock?

Sidelock?

Full coverage engraving?

Barrel condition?

Any photos?

Clark- It has 270 win barrels with and extra set of 375H&H. Barrels for 375 nearly NEW. 270 barrels slightly worn but still very accurate !!! !00% engraving with deep cut floral on fences (special order according to ledger) also has tiger on trigger guard and antelope on trigger plate.Beautiful scroll engraving up barrel ribs and top of folding front sight hood. It is a boxlock droplock remaining in 90%+ condition after being restored by WR in 1969. Will try to post some photos as soon as I borrow a digtal camera. New leather 2 barrel case in 1969. Chris
