Holland&Holland takedown in 375H&H

I have been given an oppertunity to buy a 8.5LBS "take down" HOLLAND&HOLLAND in 375. This rifle was made in the 1950s and is in exelent condition.
What would such a rifle be worth?

A couple of things need to be considered when buying H&H Takedowns
to determine value.

1. Which type of Takedown is it - unscrew barrel type or Lift action
and barrel out of stock - 2nd one is what most H&H's used.

2. Barrel Condition
3. Is it scoped
4. If scoped, does it have H&H QD Mounts
5. Is it cased
6. Is it "HYKRO" steel
7. Does it have a Steel or Aluminum floorplate ?
8. What action is it built on ? M98, M17 or other ?
9. Type of Front sight and does it have a flip up moon sight ?
10. Overall condition, engraving etc etc

I would expect an original, unaltered H&H takedown .375 as described in the first post in this thread to bring approximately US$1,000 per pound (retail). This comment is limited to the takedown version where the barrel comes off with the foreend, not the one where the stock just comes off quick.

Sorry guys for the lack of info.
Here is a bit more info on the rifle.
Best quality 375 Mauser action
24" HYKRO Barrel
Detachable barrel and action. This is the H&H "take down" system with the big screw on the side
No rifle case
Pistol hand cap box
Cheek peice
Sling eyes
Weight 8lbs half oz
14" stock,
half" cast off at face?
regulated for 270grn bullets 50/ 200 yards, one folding for 350 yards
made 1955
Imaculate and original with out any modifications
rifling in excellent condition.
