That is for papparazzi/journalists who want to enter Namibia to cover the impending birth, not for tourists generally. Still silly, but the government of Namibia is going all out to protect the privacy of their celebrity guests.

Maybe Pitt is on a hunting safari while Jolie is having the baby? One could hope. You never know. Probably more like having a baby born in Africa, the "cradle of mankind" sort of stuff.

The Burning Shores Resort in Walvis Bay, I think. I believe they rented the whole thing.
