News scoop - AR & African Hunter
      #56841 - 11/05/06 02:13 AM

News scoop, actually five months old news to those whom knew.

"African Hunter" magazine and "Accurate Reloading" have joined forces with a substantial investment in "African Hunter" magazine by Saeed Al-Maktoum, rumoured to be a 50 percent holding.

Already the tie in has been evident with African Hunter articles appearing prominently on AR for months.

"African Hunter" magazine is a fine magazine and NE.com wishes them the best with their new shareholder and new resources.

Many of us (most?) already subscribe to the "African Hunter" magazine, the guys that produce it all being good guys. To subscribe have a look at these links.

A number of the members of NE have also contributed articles over time too, so join in if you have something worth contributing as wel.

Latest cover of African Hunter.

Great elephant charge (mock?) photo.

Alas, you are mistaken!

This is the newest cover:

Why in the world I received the latest issue here in Norway before you, and even some people in the US, I will never know!

I think it's a great magazine. Enyone who hunts, has hunted, or dreams of hunting in Africa should subscribe.

I like the magazine very much and always encourage others to subscribe. In fact, over the past couple of years I have purchased 4 gift subscriptions for friends.

Erik

I had better check the mail box then.

While "borrowing" images I like this image from AHHatari:

Trick photography. I would NOT like to be the cameraman in that angle! Must be a great cameraman and I think a one in a million photo.

Received my copy today.

Good to see some familiar names in the authors of the articles.

Bet the cameraman had to change his shorts after seeing that running death go flying by!!
