I have a new outfit that's looking to show clients a top quality hunting experience.
Location: Zimbabwe, legit property and outfitter.
The 2006 special rate for a leopard/ plains game hunt:
10 days @ $400 US per hunter per day + trophy fees. Leopard trophy fee is $3500. No sable on this day rate. Other trophy fees: kudu $950, Wildebeest $800, Waterbuck $1600, Bushbuck $600, Impala $200, Eland $1200, Zebra $900, etc.
This same hunt for 2007/2008 will be:
12 days @ $550 per hunter per day + trophy fees
My outfitter will take rifle or bow hunters. Fly to Bulawayo, 100 km road transfer to camp. Zim has a 2% tax on day and trophy fees, D&P not included nor your costs to Bulawayo.
If you can go this year you should consider this hunt! I have hunted with him and he does a very fine job.
