Pistol bullet inserts for big bores

I have read several articles about hunting in Cameroon and the use of inserts that allow pistol bullets to be fired threw your primary rifle. i.e. 41AE in a 416 and 45 ACP in a 458. Does anyone know where these inserts can be purchased?
