I'm thinking about a new Mauser by Mauser in 500 Jeffery, I am new here and I am looking for some experienced help. Does Kynoch still load the 500 Jeffery, and does anyone have experience with the new Mauser Magnums? thank you, Larry Mallory

Does the Jeffery use the standard 570gr. or 520gr.?

Kynoch loads for it and I think others as well. Real
pricey though!

Daryl; The original loading and Kynoch now is 535 gr.

The original Jeffrey was 535gn .510"

600gn .510" bullets are now available from Wodleigh.

However being .510" people load all of the bullets up
including the 440gn BP bullet, 535gn, 570gn 500 Nitro bullet
and he 600gn PP.

It's a great cartridge.

wolfgang Romey also load for the .500 Jeffery and GS Custom, Sabi Rifles & Ken Stewart also stock reloading componants for it.

If you need any really technical questions answered then Alf who posts here is the real fundi........
