Safari Tipping Practices

the mean PH's tip is exactly what I think of.

I am afraid I am not generous enough with the staff. Anyhow I am giving them what the PH is telling me.
I think one must add to the PH's tip a performance bonus if one has gat an exceptional trophy.???????????

I think 5% of the daily rate is a good starting point with it going up from there to a max of 15% for an exceptional hunt. I thought the idea of not tipping until the trophies are safely home was a good idea. Overall I thought the average tips were good...maybe a little on the low side.
