Midland box lock
      #40348 - 01/11/05 06:56 PM

Seeking opinions on Midlands. I have one on the way, and was wondering whether I should have regrets. It is in very good original condition, 2 1/2" chambers, 30" barrels in I/C and Full, unaltered stock with 14 3/8" LOP, traces of case and nice scroll engraving...not too overdone. Proofed for 1 1/8 oz and is circa 1930's...I think.

Any informed opinions are most welcomed.

Depends who made it.

Hopefully (IMHO), it is a Webley
but either way likely to be a standard
Birmoingham trade gun and they
were good, solid guns.
