Lyman sight ?

Can someone please tell me the model of this Lyman sight? It's mounted on a Haenel mauser rifle. Top piece swings with the direction that the bolt handle touches it when ejecting and chambering a round.

I have the same sight on my George Gibbs 1893 sporting rifle. Mine doesn't have any markings on the exposed surfaces. It looks and functions just like the Lyman 37 on my 1908 Mannlicher, but I have always wondered if it was a Lyman sight.
