I really like that 2 1/2" chambered W, Jones, however I'll not Similar claw mounts to the Mauser 6.5x57 I just bought, with a windage adjustable rear mount, however mine isn't levered & has sliding engagement.

Very nicely engraved, elegant lines.
A side-lever hammer rook rifle in my current employ also bears that maker's name. They would make a lovely pair for wandering the estate...

Barrels sleeved by Westley Richards too. Very short for the period, but choked, so presumably intentional. Interesting stuff!
