Nice "wolf" !

I am surprissed how much it looks like a wolf, maybe beside of the size but the wolf in a warmer climate will allways be smaller in size compared to its nordic cousins.

It would have made a nice "wolf" skin rug.

Don't know about your "wolves" but OURS stink to high heaven when skinning them, even if you don't puncture the gut - which adds another level to the stink.
Had to do 3 wolves in camp one fall - nasty stinking beasts, especially when you have to turn the ears, turn the toes and skin out the heads/teeth, etc. YUK!
Once turned into a rug, there's be no stink, of course.

That hind is a good looking animal.
Spotted deer too, I guess.
Is the Atomic a: non-lead, HP, plastic tip, lead tip, lead core or bonded spitzer?

Ahh - yes, fallow deer of course.
Local farmer had some. Some greenpiece types opened the gates and they all escaped.
Game branch was going to fine the land owner, but he was able to re-fence the does and one of the local archers got the buck.
He would not re-enter the fenced area but stood at the gate, as I understood the situation. That was a lot of years ago - 1980's, seems to me.

The Atomic 29 projectiles are just an Australian made version of Barnes. There maybe some minor tech differences like length or depth of the cuts but the owner said he liked Barnes that much when they became hard to get he just copied them.
