Early german .22 semiauto "ALK Waffenwerk" / August Lüneburg
      #383493 - 19/03/24 03:07 AM

Long sought after... one of the rare self-loading rifles from ALK Waffenwerk / August Lüneburg Kiel "System Rohde." There are various DRGM numbers associated with the weapon and a patent from 1923/ 1925. As always, I am now in search of everything related to this weapon and August Lüneburg, including serial numbers of other weapons, advertisements, etc.
Every little info is welcome!

The shop in Kiel 1965, still named "ALK Waffen"

Eyes like a lynx... Yes, the existing magazine is not an original, it is an modified newer one. Getting the rifle was already a win, obtaining an original magazine seems to be a lifelong task... at least I have a photo of an original one.....
