Showing that just before tea time here - looks pretty damn good, I bet it tasted even better with a few brews to wash it down!

What sort of partridge? Chukar? Wild shot or bought?

By coincidence I had a beef boerwor and a T-bone steak last night. The whole steak and part boerwor. Bratkattoffelen (splh0g) or woked garlic potatoes. Mixed beans and corn salad.

Yours looks very good.

Went down well - I overcooked it a bit - distracted trying to be social with guests ;-)

We all know what they say about blokes and multitasking ;-)

Partridge was one of few I had shot last year.

Both look and sound great.
Tonight, it's rainbow trout & likely tossed salad.
These trout are from a DEEP lake - so sweet and never muddy.
