Damn thing still doesn't work for me....my viewer partially obscures the start button and when it says "connecting to media" it stops after a second and won't go on. The only one that works is the lady shooting the charging buff.

I've never been able to make these things work. In my office 5 different work stations won't open them. My office had a new work station installed this week. Windows XP and the videos work fine.
They are very nice too.

I could only open the buf charge, the rest I could not.
The window is also very small, you cannot see very clearly, you cannot enlarge the video window.

I could open them all, but only the buff charge had sound. I think the window stays small for better resolution.
