"Nice " collection. Did you get the one they were bouncing around on the floor?
Good grain flow through the wrist on that top(#4) one, but not liking the sap-wood wrist.
It's a BEAST!!

hello Daryl_S,
Thanks for the reply.

Not sap wood - just light color grain.

Ahh - 750gr. at 2,480fps. over 10,000fpe.
As of May 1st. 2020, that would be prohibited here.

Yes - just over 8,000fpe/10,000joules.

I think the probable reason was a roundabout method to make .5 BMG ctg. illegal. A number of people in Canada have them for long range shooting and that scares the shit out of the liberals/commies.
When numb-nut's father was PM, there was an attempt by that government to make any rifle with a scope, illegal as they are "similar to military (sniper) rifles".

Any idea how many T Rex’s Art made? I remember looking at them at SCI in early 90’s and picking up a copy of his reloading manual. I still have the manual. Glad you are preserving these wonderful old guns .

Hello bwanabobftw,
Thanks for the reply.

When I talked with Art a few years ago he said they built 12 for sale here in the U.S.

Couldn't agree more here - at least they'll have a good home & not just left in the gun cupboard!
All made on the Enfield P14/M17 actions!

Hello 93x64mm,
Thanks for the reply.

Yes, all on the M17 action. Its a great platform for custom Large Caliber rifles. Just like these 2.

I build a 500jeffery on a p14 action. The p14/m17's are by far the cheapest true magnum action. I have another p14 action stashed away for my next big bore. Probably be 416 rigby. I would love a .577 but as Darryl was saying,i cant do that any more.

I had a 7 bore muzzle loader and my 460 weatherby caught up in that bull shit.
