Leaving tomorrow for Tracks in Africa, RSA

In less than 30 hours I can leave my office and be heading to the airport for two weeks of vacation.

I will be hunting with http://www.tracksinafrica.co.za/ for plainsgame and there might also be something else if I am lucky. I will bring my Varberger in 35 Whelen loaded with 200 grains Rhino Bullets. The hunt will result in a new movie that we hope will be released early next year.

My first movie is now available at http://www.outdoorvisions.com and has the title; South African Adventures with "The Big Viking".

Operating the cameras will be Frederik Cocquyt aka Safari-Hunt on the forum and from Sweden Fredric Jillhag Dahlén.

Hehehe, at this very moment Christer should be over the Mediterean somewhere or close to north Africa so there is no way that he will now what I have planned for him. Firstly he was boasting about the GPS he has and how well it works well lets see if he can find the guest lodge which I booked for him tonight on foot !!!!

Anyway I'm quite exited to have a great adventure with Christer again little sleep with lots of good times. BTW he says that he did practise a lot shooting offhand we will see if he misses anything. We will be hunting in the Ellisras area on different concessions from the mountains of the waterberg to next to the brown or empty limpopo now. We will be hunting close to great spots from my hunting history like where I shot my first buck a young kudu bull as well as close to my first kill which was an fluke shot or first timer luck two warthogs with one shot. And not so far from the farm where me and my friend Vernon shot warthogs for extra cash on the peanut fields in school holidays.

I am also now the proud owner of a Toyota Hilux double cab 4x4 2.4 petrol '95 model which we resprayed watch out for pictures from it I get people staring in the city when driving around !

Well 7 more hours and the plane will land with the Viking lets see if he lives up to his name this time. Not sure if we will be able to update any news but I'm sure to post something when he is on the plane again. Have a great time on the forum and don't miss us too much
