In general I'm using 20 gauge and 31 grams of #0 (3.9mm) shot. But I also use 12G and 42gram of BB and I use 20G 27grams of #7 Tungsten Supershot, I use 12G 32gram #2 shot and occasionally 20G 32 gram #4 shot.
In general loads above 32 grams make for poor video because the recoil is too high.

Tks, I understand now. 31 grams is 1.1 ounces.
