In heavy rains you have some interesting waterfalls off those cliffs. Maybe some not so interesting streams and floods too.

You fellows misunderstand! I was thinking of buying those roundavels to use for my retirement residence.

At least the rock climbing and sunbathing opportunities would be excellent.
