Just finished this yesterday. Shoots a 275gr bullet at 3000 fps or a 300gr bullet at around 2800 fps. Here are a couple of pic's. Click to enlarge.

Info please

What is it?
Which action?
What is the stock?
What is the load, and the loading protocol?

Tinker it is a hybrid cross between a Remmington and a Savage. The action is a 700 Rem and the barrel threads up like a Savage. The stock is a Boyd's AT1 heavily modified to work. You can use several different powders. I am using IMR4198. I just started using it yesterday and started with 60grs 4198 and a Hornady jacketed bullet weighing 300 grs. It loads like any inline muzzle loader except you have to size the bullets so they will run down the bore. I forgot to mention the recoil (or maby I shouldn't). The gun uses a moduel that holds the primer.

Recoil - meh.
I was running a 4 pound handgun last week with 61 grains 3031 and a 300 grain bullet.

What does it use for ignition?
Is it nothing more than a 209 primer exactly like the inline black powder muzzle loading rifles?
Can you show a photo of the primer module?
Sounds interesting.

Looks like Badger Ridge Industries and/or VariFlame, Hankins maybe..?

I wonder how long they hold up before gas cutting happens around the flash hole.

No gas cutting the little protrusion swells to fit the inside of the cone in the breechplug. Their Hankins.
