Fellows, it would have to be a 12 volume set as one book would be too heavy to lift!

Eric, that Model 1900 certainly has some very interesting differences when compared to all the later MS rifles.

Ive now had a cjance to get to know this rifle a little better.
Some more interesting variations to leading up to the Model 1903 as weve com to know it.
Note stippling extended over the rear edge of the ring, as opposed to polishing on the 03.

The stippling certainly is quite different on the 1900 compared to the 1903. Thanks Eric.

Another interesting difference is the trigger guard takedown lever.
Notice that the 1900 example needs to be in the " neutral " position for stock removal, and will lock when turned either right or left.
1903 requires to be turned left in order to lock, right to unlock....interesting.
