Was driving by there last night and the location of WWG has been boarded up. I don't know if they have moved, are remodeling, or have closed shop.

Jeff Cooper may like 'em. But they've got the worst "walk-in" customer service of any place I've ever been. After the last time about 5 years ago, I haven't been back... and won't.

I like the idea of the 50 S&W in a takedown. Just right for stashing on a Quad or behind the seat in a Jeep.

I agree their service sucks. About the most arrogant gunstore I have ever been in. Worse than Purdey.

That take down lever action does look useful. It also comes in super powerful .45/70!
