A special action......

A proper scope, with the H&H proprietary QD rings and bases I fabricated

What is the chambering?
Is the scope a 2-4X?

That is a lovely looking little rifle, more photos and information please.

That scope and mounts looks familiar from Gunsinternational a few months back? I should have bought it!

Cheers, Chris

Oh, and great job on the detachable scope bases. I enquired with H&H re fitting them to my double 375Flanged Mag in place of the current mounts. The cost, as one would expect, was not insignificant!

Cheers, Chris

Chambered in .375 Flanged Magnum, it may end up with a companion barrel in .30 super as well. The scope is a 3X I believe. The action is a Holland Woodward #2 which I bought at Holt's about 8 years ago. The scope came in a trade with a gentleman from Gunbroker. I was also gifted a pattern stock for this project, complete with trap buttplate and grip cap. More pics as things progress. Best regards,
Steve

Thank you Steve.

Looks like a great job and I look forward to seeing it completed.

Best wishes, Chris
