I have a several. You'd be hard pressed to tell which rifles have Boyds (Bold branded) and which have Timney Sportsman. They're pretty good for hunting rifles. I have one in an Husqvarna FN 98 and one in a VZ, and two in Small Ring Mausers. They work as well as the more expensive ones for hunting, say you're looking for 2.5 to 3.5 lbs. Pretty much a clone of a Timney. They are actually better than the Timney made Tradewinds trigger in my Husqvarna 1640. Much better than the old Mark X adjustable triggers.
No creep or overtravel out of the box. I left mine alone, about 3 lbs as they came.
I used Timney in my varmint rifles, they seam to have a crisper (?) break. Don't expect a Canjar, but for hunting Bolds are fine.
My only complaint is that on the two with side safeties I had to bend the levers out a little. One to clear the bolt sleeve and the other because it scraped against the side of the receiver tang. No big thing with two needle nose pliers.

I've also installed a Bold Trigger on a Mauser. The triggers are, IMO, very good value for money and can be adjusted down to very light pull weights indeed with little or no discernible creep.

Presumably for legal reasons, they don't come with adjustment instructions. However I found a very useful customer generated article online that explains the adjustment process very well. If you get a Bold and can't find the online guide (I think it took a bit of finding) let me know cos I'm pretty sure I copied the text onto my computer somewhere.
