Who manufactures and / or sells a magazine for five cartridges for a custom rifle in Mauser 1909 action .458 WM?

News to me. Must be a long one, or a drop belly like the US Model 1917, to hold 2 more than normal.

Magazine cover Rigby II for Gewehr 98

This Rigbydeckel can be attached to every 98er who has the box with pushpins. The flat lid is replaced simply and without modifications by the Rigbydeckel. The original feeder and the feeder spring can still be used. The magazine capacity is increased, depending on the caliber, by up to 2 cartridges. The magazine capacity depends on the caliber and the condition of the original box. For installation, no gunsmith is required.

The cover is optional raw or finished polished and burnished available.

Your 1909 has the same screw spacing as other large ring Mauser 98s.
You can buy what you are looking for from Recknagle at NECG for well over $1000 or from the following US firms. Sunny hill ,Blackburn ( Swift Bullet Company) and Dwayne Weibe all offer drop box mags that will allow 5 magnum cartridges for about $500.
