Not my video, and don't get to seem much. But still nice to see. I wonder what the go is legally, looks close to houses etc? Are there areas where it's legal? If so, really cool. Good to see it too.

It looks to be foreshore shooting in the UK.

That was my guess as well, Iowa - tide effected shoreline.
