WOW - lets see you get two accurate shots with a bolt gun on that charge. The first had better stop him.

I bet it had fewer spots and a bushier tail.

Not everyone has a double, so get by just fine with a single or bolt.

I can't even imagine how Mike must have felt with only a .22 against the charge of the mighty Grey Death (as someone said). This lets us share the experience, but the squirrel was bigger.

Is it the angle of the camera, or did he shoot from the hip?
That leopard looks like a big boof headed thing! Is it a big one, or normal??

I think the first comment in the Facebook link about sums it up: "sh*t a brick".

We all like to think we could do the same in the situation. That guy knows he can.

That was quick - but probably no quicker than a grizzly or black bear predatory attack. Hard to get the pepper spray (or handgun) out in time, I'd say, eh?

I'm throwing away all my bolts guns!

Double triggers on a 10g SxS, loaded with 3.5 inch OO buck heavy shot. Also a suit of medieval full plate armor would be nice.

I've got an empty garbage can they should fit in. Send them down and I'll get rid of them for you!
Include any single shots also.

There is a sporting show here every year, last year they had a bear mounted on rails about 30 feet away..promoted by a pepper spray manufacturer..the game, when you see the bear start to move you unholster the pepper spray and fire..NOT too many got it out it time before the bear was on them..was interesting to watch...allegedly the bear was moving at 25MPH..they can move much faster than that in a short burst..

Saw a leopard charge once in Africa that was in a concrete enclosure..one of my friends walked to one end and looked in a small opening..i was looking in from the other end. When the leopard saw my friend the charged. I have NEVER seen an animal move that fast in my life. Was shocked at the speed it traveled..

I don't think I would be fast enough to get a shot off before it was on the end of my barrel, literaly.

That was quick and gutsy.

Most times following up Leopard it has been wounded & hopefully it is just a little off it's game, also because off body weight, you may live if the Leopard does get to you, so slightly less fear factor, unlike Elephant & Lion !

I would think that was a hound hunt & the shooter was the PH who was in the lead, hence some one was encouraging the client to shoot it some more, not saying it didn't need some more shooting !!
