"Oberndorf" style floorplate on Win mod 70

What does the "Oberndorf" style floorplate on a Winchester Model 70 Classic Custom African Express look like?
This rifle magazine style holds 4 cartridges.
Where as the standard non custom shop Winchester Model 70 Classic holds 3 cartridges.
Is the "Oberndorf" style floorplate still the "one piece floorpalte/trigger guard" that Winchester calls a one-piece picture frame floorplate?
