who does a London gunmakers tour ??

I've got a mate going on a once in a lifetime trip to Britain etc and while he is in London he would like to do a tour of the Gunmakers.

I read here at one stage that someone organises these tours and am seeking details.

Can anyone help me contact the organiser ??

If your friend is of exemplary character(I harbour no doubt) I may be able to arrange for him to view up to 15 boss/purdey guns in build & complete. Could you let me know when he may be in London.It would include purdey factory/showroom---boss is 1 site.

You have my guarantee of the character of my friend. He will bring neither of us any shame. He is "one to ride the river with".

He would appreciate the guns "in build" as much as the guns in their completed form. He has spent much time spotting, filing and sanding.

When he is advised by "she who must be obeyed" as to their itinerary I'll let you know.
