New simplified SXS design prototype

Three dimensional prototyping has allowed me to build my dream Round Action inboard hammer gun as a mixed prototype, part plastic, part aluminum and part wood. It was educational to see years worth of ideas and thoughts take shape. See it here:

A question for the more technically minded is whether the lockup with a single round bolt would stand up to calibers like the 30-30 and the 7X57.

The single pin lockup exactly on a radius of the hinge pin should be quite strong but it poses a couple issues which immediately come to mind.
First, a round pin on radius offers no resistance to rotational forces at all so I would suspect that wear on the hinge could be increased although the lump helps in this too.

Secondly, there better be a sear or block to the sprung pin so it doesn't want to open under recoil.
And, the open spaces in front of the hammers give access to the internals of the action for all sorts of stuff to get in.

I am not engeneering inclined. I do like the look of the shotgun but would much prefer hamerless. If thinking of a double rifle then I would think a second locking pin may be required.
